This then makes the process easier of trying to determine what numbers will be where when the ball drops. This can be ascertained more easily on games where the dealer is leaving the wheel speed constant.
Players have tried all sorts of tactics to win money by foul means from casinos. Most of them do not take into consideration the knowledge, professionalism and overall intelligence of the gaming staff. To try and get the better of people who do something for a living year after year takes all of the above and also lots of planning.
